Tom San Miguel

President/CEO


Tom San Miguel is a native Houstonian who brings over 20 years of senior petroleum management, marketing and field operations experience. In 1990, Tom helped his mentor David Kramer start fuel oil trading company NMM Inc. Mr. San Miguel developed new markets for the company, and was responsible for many of the company’s major refinery supply agreements. Tom attributes his success in the industry to his many relationships and his commitment to integrity and leadership through accountability.

Tom has served on several boards and a variety of organization throughout Tyler and Houston Texas. He has served as a board member for the Meals on Wheels Ministries, Friends of Scouting, Smith County Appraisal District and is an active member at Stonebridge Church. He is a dedicated husband and father to wife Tiffany and children Nicole, Courtney, Megan, Kramer, Landry and Cole. In his spare time he coaches his sons baseball teams, enjoys golf, hunting and Longhorn sports.

Andrea Reich

VP of Operations


Andrea Reich is the VP of Operations for SGR Energy. Andrea is a native Houstonian, but her career has also taken her to other major cities across the U.S., such as Seattle, Washington, Jacksonville, Florida and Aspen, Colorado. Andrea has brought over 23 years of experience in Management, Marketing, Customer Service and Sales experience and knowledge to SGR Energy.

Throughout her vast array of business experience, Andrea’s career industries have ranged from Health and Fitness, Residential Construction, to the Oil and Gas industry. Andrea volunteers for many organizations such as The American Red Cross, The American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, and most recently Big Brothers & Big Sisters. She is a participatory member of Victory Christian Church. Andrea is also actively associated with the NNA as well as the IPAA. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Andrea credits her success in business to her consistent dedication to leadership, high moral standards, and her many life-long professional and personal relationships.

Craig Hicks

Sr. VP, Investor Relations


Craig is native Houstonian, he has spent his entire career in the Oil & Gas Industry. Craig brings over 18 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Management, and Sales Training to the company.

Entering the Oil & Gas industry as a recruiter specializing in high-end engineering, project management, and geoscience professionals, Craig was able to learn a tremendous amount about the industry from Deepwater Upstream to Coking Units, and Distillation Towers Downstream. Using Talent Management as a platform, he has been able to advance his career as a trainer, motivator, and leader. Craig has worked with Petrobras, Chevron, LyondellBasell, as well as many large engineering companies to help develop marketing strategies, build sales, and grow their companies.

Craig has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, and a local inner city work program called Genesys Works. He is an active member of Northwest Church and has taught/directed adult bible study classes. Craig is a dedicated husband to his wife, Holly, and a father of four. He enjoys cooking, off-roading in his jeep, and playing basketball when he can find time. Craig credits his success in business to his consistent work ethic, positive mental attitude, and commitment to developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.


Bart Vossen

Investor Relations Manager


Bart is a native of St Louis, Mo. and moved to Houston in 1991 after graduating from, and then coaching Water Polo at Indiana University. Bart brings over 20 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Management, and Leadership skills to the company.

Entering the Oil & Gas industry in pressure vessel sales he was able to learn a great deal about working with EPC and Refining companies as well as Asian fabrication companies gaining great knowledge of Midstream and Downstream processes which included refinery projects, logistics, and more.

Bart is a longtime volunteer for the Indiana University Alumni Assn, Houston Chapter, as well as the Memorial Ashford Little League. Holding the title of President and current active Board Member of both organizations. He was active in PTO for many years and volunteered for other local schools activities. He played Water Polo nationally, then officiated locally and nationally ( including 1995 World Championships in Atlanta) for more than 40 years before deciding to stay home for a while. He is married to his wife, Sharon, of more than 20 years, and they have three children.
